1. Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a purchase. All products and content are for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe something’s off or against these terms.
2. Product Information
Our soaks are handcrafted in small batches using natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur, that’s part of the charm.
All products are for external use only. Please check ingredients before use and discontinue if irritation occurs. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
3. Orders, Pricing & Availability
We do our best to keep product details accurate and pricing up to date. Occasionally, an item may sell out or a price may change. We reserve the right to correct errors or update listings at any time.
4. Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including personalization and address details.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@thesaltybotanical.com, we’ll make it right.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, photography, designs, and packaging, is owned by The Happy You Collective LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree that our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or indirect damages of any kind.

9. Event & Bulk Orders
We love being part of your milestones: from weddings and bachelorettes to birthdays, retreats, and more. Orders of 6 or more bottles are considered custom event orders.
For best results, please contact us at hello@thesaltybotanical.com before placing your order. We’ll confirm availability, timeline, and any personalization requests (names, short phrases, or dates).
Custom event orders may qualify for custom event pricing, based on quantity and personalization. We'll provide a detailed quote once we review your details.
All custom event orders are final sale once approved for production.
