Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Each order is carefully packed and typically ships within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because our blends are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during restocks or special launches.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service. We do not add handling or packaging fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local post office or delivery carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at hello@thesaltybotanical.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund.
If your item was personalized, any replacement will include the same personalization and ship to the original address.
Preorders & Launch Events
During limited launches, processing times may extend slightly due to order volume. We’ll always communicate expected ship dates clearly on the product page.
