Return & Refund Policy

Each order from The Salty Botanical is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because our products are often personalized and personal-use wellness items, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

Replacements & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or lost in transit, please email a photo of the damaged product and packaging to hello@thesaltybotanical.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, whichever best supports your experience.

If your product was personalized and you choose a replacement, the new jar will feature the same personalization and be shipped to the original address to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–7 business days once approved.


Customer Satisfaction

We strive to ship all orders within 3–5 business days of purchase. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please reach out, we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly through a replacement, refund or store credit.
We take pride in every small-batch product we create and want each customer to feel delighted with their order.

That said, because our blends are handcrafted and made for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges after a purchase has been made.
Your understanding allows us to continue creating fresh, intentional products in small batches and to ensure quality in every jar.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including personalization details and shipping address, to ensure accuracy.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.

All products are considered final sale, except in cases of damage.
